This project included a kitchen, 1/2 bath and 2nd floor full bath remodel. The back exterior wall had to be rebuilt due to water leaking down from the 2nd floor bath. The studs, sheeting and shingles had to be replaced. We also had to install a carrying beam to support the second floor from falling into the kitchen. The final result was beautiful, and my clients were very impressed with our quality of workmanship.
