Complete gut of both baths.  Upgrade wiring and plumbing, re-insulate exterior walls, new plaster walls, new ceramic tile in tub area and new ceramic tile walk in shower stall.  Note herringbone style ceramic tile in shower floor.  New vanity by Holiday, granite vanity tops, and new painted walls and trim.
