Two large areas used for exercise rooms. Complete gut.  Reframed exterior and interior walls.  Upgrade plumbing and electrical.  Rework bath drain under concrete floor for shower, toilet and vanity sink.  Bath was completely redesigned.  R-25 insulation for exterior walls.  Flooring is luxury vinyl tile.  Bath has 6 x 36 ceramic floor tile.
